Help
This module is intended to be compliant with the W3C WCAG AAA Level of Accessibility.
It also has a number of aids to allow easy navigation and reading of the material contained within.
These features are described in the following text.
Navigation
There are six main navigation links:
- [Skip to content] - skips the navigation and view links straight to the page content
- Home - navigates to the home page
- Tours - navigates to the list of Bank of Scotland Internet Banking tours
- Register for Internet Banking - go to the Bank of Scotland Internet Banking registration page
- Login - go to the Bank of Scotland Internet Banking login page
- Accessibilty / Help - navigates to this help page
You can navigate using the "You are here" breadcrumb at the top of all pages. This is a list of links that you can use to return to previous pages you have visited.
There are "Next" and "Previous" links on tour and stage pages, these can be used to move between tours and stages.
Display options
There are six views, utilizing different text sizes and colours, designed to make it easier to view the text:
- Normal Text
- Larger Text
- Largest Text
- Inverse Text
- Inverse Larger Text
- Inverse Largest Text
Tours
Each tour is a step-by-step guide to the main features of Bank of Scotland Internet Banking. Tours are made up of a set of stages each of which describe a page or key part of the process being demonstrated. Next and Previous links are used to navigate between stages.
A stage contains:
- Stage - the title of the Bank of Scotland Internet Banking page
- A description of the page / process
- Fields - a list of fields to be completed, with descriptions, relevant to the process being demonstrated
- Actions - the action taken to move to the next stage or complete the process
- Screenshot - an image illustrating the page / process described. The screenshot view can be changed to one of the following: small, large or description
Description Of Images
You may see a link that looks like this: D.
This means that there is a long description of an image. [information about long descriptions on Webaim].
